GMC Owner: I am calling about a Tonneau Cover.

Peter: Okay. What truck is it for?

GMC Owner: 2019 GMC Sierra Denali with a 5'8 bed

Peter: And which Tonneau Cover were you interested in?

GMC Owner: Well it said to call for recommendations, but I'm thinking the Power Max or something like that?

Peter: You want a powered cover?

GMC Owner: Yes. I think a powered cover will be best. 

Peter: Okay. So Retrax I think makes the best one.

GMC Owner: Yes, Retrax is what I meant.

Peter: So Retrax Powertrax. Do you want the aluminum cover?

GMC Owner: What do you mean? The aluminum cover compared to what?

Peter: Like a plastic cover.

GMC Owner: Oh, I don't know I want a little more sturdy, and want the matte finish, not the shiny finish.

GMC Owner: Okay, how difficult is it to install this cover with the wiring?

GMC Owner: Okay. I received an email thing for a quote earlier, but nobody got back to me, so can you help me get set up?

Peter: So that's actually if you purchase the XR, which is the rails that have the T-slots in them to allow for the different bars and cargo bars that go on top, that wouldn't apply to this one.

GMC Owner: Oh, okay, that's fine. I'll stick with the Powertrax cover.

Peter: Right, so allow about a week for delivery on this, and you're gonna receive a confirmation email here in just a second.

GMC Owner: If you'd be able to get the cover shipped out today I might be able to have it by the end of the week, right?
