How Can I Get an Extang Encore Shipped Quickly For My 2017 Ford F-250?

F-250 Owner: Yeah, I'm calling about an Extang Encore tonneau cover.

Peter: Okay. What truck is it for?

F-250 Owner: A 2017 Ford F-250.

Peter: What's the bed like?

F-250 Owner: It measures 80 inches inside the bed. It's not a long bed.

Peter: Got you, okay. Yup, so I've got that here. It's free shipping and there's no sales tax if you're ordering from outside of Arizona.

F-250 Owner: How long until the cover arrives?

Peter: It would be about five days.

F-250 Owner: What's it shipping by?

Peter: It's FedEx, but it comes directly from the manufacturer. So typically, it can take two days to ship from the time you order and then you'd receive it about three days after that.

F-250 Owner: Okay, so that's shipping out of Michigan. That's where they make that stuff.

Peter: Yes.

F-250 Owner: So let's see, what's today, is Wednesday. You're saying that I should have it by next Tuesday. That's kind of lengthy for me.

Peter: Okay. Do you need it sooner than that? We do have other options. Let me just double check if it'll work in this case. Give me just a second. I could get it shipped out of Jasper warehouse, Indiana today or tomorrow morning, which would mean you'd have it Friday, Saturday, or Monday at the latest.

F-250 Owner: Friday, Saturday, or Monday?

Peter: Yeah, well, it's because if FedEx delivers in your neck of the woods on Saturday, then you'd probably have it Saturday at the latest. If not, it would be Monday at the latest.

F-250 Owner: What was the earliest? Friday?

Peter: Okay, yeah, I think you could probably have it by Friday because I can get it shipped today from Jasper.

F-250 Owner: All right, well, let's try it.

Peter: Okay, I will get this moving right now. You're going to get a confirmation email here. Here we go, and you are all set.

What Happens if I Only Receive the Panel of My Tonneau Cover and I'm Missing the Rails?

Tonneau Covered Customer: I ordered a cover from you guys not too long ago and I had a couple of questions about it.

Peter: Okay.

Tonneau Covered Customer: Well for one, I received one package yesterday or maybe the day before yesterday and I was wondering is there another package on the way? I've only received the panel, but I'm waiting on the rails. 

Peter: Yeah, sometimes that happens, you'll get one of two packages and then the next one will arrive a day or two later. So if you don't have it by the end of today, let me know. But I have a feeling you probably will.

Tonneau Covered Customer: Okay. Because I had put in a request for tracking on it, on the packages, but I haven't received any updates on them at all yet.

Peter: Yeah. It can take a day or so to get tracking.

Tonneau Covered Customer: And just to let you know, FedEx Express delivered this one. He kind of threw it up on my deck and the packaging is dented.

Peter: Oh, jeez.

Tonneau Covered Customer: Yeah, I know. I have not opened it up to inspect it for damage because I was gone all weekend and when I got home yesterday I kind of popped it open just to take a look to make sure there wasn't any visual damage.

Peter: Right.

Tonneau Covered Customer: But I did not unwrap it yet. So I'm not sure if there are any dents or dings that I just haven't seen yet. 

Peter: That's fine. Let us know if you find any damage when you unwrap it. So like I said, I have a feeling that your rails are going to arrive today. If they don't, let me know. But it's not uncommon for that to happen. And then of course when you're going to install it, look for damage on that panel. And it there is damage, don't worry, we'll get another cover out to you and we'll get FedEx to pick that one up. 


Tonneau Covered Customer: Okay. And I'll let you know if that tonneau cover comes or if it doesn't.

Can I Delay Shipping on My Order for a BAK Revolver X4 for my 2014 Ford F-150 Marriot?

F-150 Owner: You sent me a quote yesterday and I want the BAK Revolver X4 not the flip one.

Shawn: What kind of truck is it?


F-150 Owner: It's a 2014 Ford F-150 Marriot.

Shawn: What size bed?


F-150 Owner: 5 foot 7, short bed, I think.

Shawn: Yeah normally on a tonneau cover they measure from the inside of the bulkhead to the inside of the tailgate.


F-150 Owner: Do you want me to check the truck bed length?

Shawn: There's a short bed there's a standard bed there's a long bed. You'd know if it was a six and a half or an 8 foot


F-150 Owner: No, it's a short bed because it's a double cab

Shawn: Okay and is there anything else that you're looking at today before we complete this purchase?


F-150 Owner: No just one notice that we will be gone for three weeks can I set up the ship to receive after May 15th?

Shawn: Let me do this, were not going to order it until the 10th. It needs to arrive after May 15th?


F-150 Owner: Unless it can be here before Monday but its most likely not going to be

Shawn: Yeah unfortunately. What I'll do is I'll put a note in here I actually place the orders myself so I will make a note that we won't place it until the 10th because then it's about a 5 to 7 day travel to you.
