What's the Best Deal I Can Get on a BAKFlip MX4 for a 2019 Toyota Tacoma?

Toyota Owner: Last night I was on your website looking at tonneau covers, and then this morning I got an email about it from Peter, so I'm kinda calling you back cause we wanted to know if they could sell me a tonneau cover.

Sean: Alright, what kind of cover are you looking at, my friend?

Toyota Owner: Well, I picked up a 2019 Toyota Tacoma, and I was looking at the Bakflip the MX4.

Sean: Okay.

Toyota Owner: That seems to be a good cover, and seems like it's the one that Toyota sells with theirs.

Sean: What size bed do you have on that Tacoma?

Toyota Owner: It's the short bed, so a five foot bed.

Sean: Do you have the tie down? There should have been some sort of a disclaimer on there though, because unfortunately on those Tacomas with those tie down rails, you do get a second hardware kit with it, or a different hardware kit rather, which does make that cover a little bit more price wise, shouldn't be too much more, though, let me look real quick here. Looks like it's extra twenty bucks.

Toyota Owner: Okay. So, is that the best deal you'll give me on that cover?

Sean: That is the best deal I show. We're already coming down about forty bucks there from our normal sale price which is already a hundred and some dollars less than retail.

Toyota Owner: Oh, okay. Hmm, I was just kind of curious. I mean I called Toyota's repair shop, and they had quoted me about the same thing, but I was just trying to see what the difference was between what you offered and what they offered.

Sean: Right. If they've already quoted you and Peter's already quoted you, and that's a price that you feel comfortable paying, I would honor that quote if you want to place the order with me.

Toyota Owner: Okay. I could do that, and lemme ask you one other thing. And I notice you have the, you were asking about the financing thing, but is that just you take a credit card and you just take the payments out of it?

Sean: No, we work with a company called Klarna and you can get set up with them if you checkout online. I can send you a link that you can go right to there, once you go through the process of putting in your ship to address, and all that stuff it'll ask you how you want to pay, you select Klarna, and it'll take you that whole process.

Toyota Owner: Oh, Okay. Okay. So, do I need to call you back on that, or what do I need to do?

Sean: Nope, I can send it to you and then you're on your own from there, my friend.

Toyota Owner: Okay. All right, let's go ahead and do that.

Sean: Alright. I'm gonna send this over now. I'd say give it two minutes and you should have it.

Toyota Owner: Okay. Can I have it sent to a different address than the billing address, cause I'd rather have it sent to the shop here than my home.

Sean: Yeah, absolutely. It'll give you that option, as soon as you get that it'll give you an option to do shipping and billing address.

Toyota Owner: Okay, perfect thank you very much.

Sean: You're welcome. Thank you and once I see it come through I actually place all the orders myself so I'll place it with them.

What Are The Cheapest Tonneau Cover Options For a 1997 Toyota T100 SR5 Extended Cab?

Toyota Owner: I'd gotten an email from you about tonneau covers, that there was a discount going on.

Peter: Yes, what truck is it for?

Toyota Owner: It's a 1997 Toyota T100 SR5 extended cab, 3.4 liter engine.

Peter: What's the bed length?

Toyota Owner: I'm not 100% sure on the bed length

Peter: I'll need that information before you order. What kind of cover were you looking for?

Toyota Owner: I don't want a real expensive one. I can't afford a real expensive one. Give me some of your lower priced options, please.

Peter: Sure. A good option might be the Truxedo Truxport. It's a soft roll up cover. It's a really popular unit. It's got a five year warranty. All of our covers include free shipping and there's no sales tax if you're ordering outside of Arizona. That's the least expensive option for that vehicle.

Toyota Owner: Okay. What's your step up from the Truxedo Truxport?

Peter: Step up from there's going to be the Truxedo Lo Pro. It's got a lifetime warranty. It sits more low profile like almost flushed inside the bed rails. That one holds up really well for years and years. That's probably the most popular soft roll up out there.

Toyota Owner: I'll tell you what. I'll see if I can get the bed measured tomorrow and I will call you back.

Peter: Sounds Good!
