Can the MX4 Fold up Out of The Way Enough So I Can Trail with a Fifth Wheel Hitch?

RAM Owner: I'm looking for a tonneau cover for a 2018 RAM 250, four wheel drive, 6'4 bed. I'm thinking of going with the MX4

Peter: Okay, got it.

RAM Owner: Let me ask you a couple questions about the MX4 before I order.


Peter: Okay.

RAM Owner: I'm going to be trailing with a fifth wheel hitch, and I was looking for something that I could fold up the front out of the way. Is that cover going to do what I need to do?

Peter: Yes, absolutely. It's designed for that purpose.

RAM Owner: Because it's a four fold instead of a three fold, right?

Peter: That's right.

RAM Owner: So it takes up less space by folding out of the way, correct? 

Peter: That's right. Do you have RAM boxes on the truck?

RAM Owner: No, it's just the standard 6'4 bed.

Peter: Okay, yeah I've got it with free shipping and no sales tax.

RAM Owner: Okay, and then you'll send me a tailgate seal as well?

Peter: Yes, I can include that as well.

RAM Owner: Does the MX4 have the clamp on rails?

Peter: Yes. Did you want to get that ordered today?

RAM Owner: Yes, let's go ahead and get the cover ordered.

Peter: Alright. So, it's a 2018 RAM 2500 six foot four bed?

RAM Owner: Yes, four wheel drive. Crew cab. That shouldn't make any difference, right?

Peter: Right. So allow about five to seven days for delivery. You're going to receive an email confirmation here, just a second. Here we go. And you're all set, you're good to go!

Where Can I Find Shipping Information Regarding My Tonneau Cover Order?

Dodge Ram Owner: Hey, I'm calling about my order. Do you by chance know if the tonneau cover has been shipped yet?

Shawn: Yeah, it should have been shipped yesterday.

Dodge Ram Owner: Troy called me but he didn't give me a tracking number. I'm trying to get an idea where it is.

Shawn: What did Troy say?

Dodge Ram Owner: He's sending just the cover out. He said they're making it, and they're sending it all right away or something like that.

Shawn: I haven't heard from them yet as far as tracking so I'm sending them a email right now.

Dodge Ram Owner: I just left a message. But they're sending one out. Hey, I've got a question.

Shawn: What's up?

Dodge Ram Owner: He did say to get rid of the other one that was sent to me. It's 58 1/2 inches, are there beds that size?

Shawn: What kind of truck do you have again?

Dodge Ram Owner: Mine's the Dodge. It's the Ram.

Shawn: Oh, no. There's not going to be anything like that. A full size truck with a bed that short, no.

Dodge Ram Owner: I was just wondering. I don't think anybody would buy it because it's kind of short, and it doesn't have the rails and the front piece.

Dodge Ram Owner: Here's my next question. Do they sell rails and that cover for that? Can you buy rails separately?

Shawn: Yeah, you can buy rails separately.

Dodge Ram Owner: Okay, can you do me a favor? When he gets back to you, can you email me, let me know where it's at and what's going on?
