Can I Purchase an Undercover UltraFlex for a 2019 Ford F150 Online?

Tonneau Covered Customer: I've spoken with you before. I've ordered a Tonneau Cover from you before, about a year or so ago, and a good friend of mine just bought a 2019 Ford F150 and he wants a cover just like mine.

Peter: Okay.

Tonneau Covered Customer: So would it be best for him to just go online and make a purchase or would you send an email quote for him?

Peter: I can email him the quote and a link to pay.

Tonneau Covered Customer: Or send it to me and I can send it over to him I guess, that way because I haven't cleared it with him giving out his email yet.

Peter: Okay. I still have your email address, so I can do that no problem. It auto populates your address though since your email is already in our system. So he will just have to change the shipping address when he goes to pay so the cover isn't shipped to you. Which cover are we talking about?

Tonneau Covered Customer: Are you still pushing the Undercover like I got over the BAKflip?

Peter: The Undercover Ultraflex? Yes.

Tonneau Covered Customer: Undercover Ultraflex, yeah.

Peter: Okay. So, and you said it's for 2019 F150?

Tonneau Covered Customer: Yes, Super Crew.

Peter: Okay. I can do it with free shipping and there's no sales tax because you're ordering outside of Arizona.

Tonneau Covered Customer: Are there any other things that come with that?

Peter: Yeah, I can include a tailgate seal kit for free. To seal up the tailgate, keep dust and water out, it's a good addition with the tonneau cover.

Tonneau Covered Customer: Okay. Awesome. He doesn't need the lights and stuff cause the new 2019's have lights in there, I think.

Peter: Right.

Tonneau Covered Customer: Okay. All right, Peter. Awesome. Well, I will either get his email and forward it to you or I will give him your number and he can call you. Is that cool?

Peter: That's perfect. Yeah, no problem.

Is the Undercover UltraFlex Pricing Affected by Bed Length for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma with a 6'2" bed?

Toyota Tacoma Owner: I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma with a long bed. I guess is 6 foot, 6'2" long bed. I was interested in the UnderCover Ultra Flex. The email I received back gave me a price, but then below it says, “pricing on the Flex may vary from truck to truck long beds.” I was wondering what would be the price?

Peter: Yeah. No, that price is correct for your truck; for a '13 Tacoma, 6' bed. It's also free shipping and no sales tax due to your location.

Toyota Tacoma Owner: Okay. I'm just throwing it out there; I'm military. Do you guys do a military discount?

Peter: We don't at this time, but that's only because we already offer the lowest possible prices.

Toyota Tacoma Owner: Yeah, you're offering a really good price for the Ultra Flex. And the installation, like I said I'm military so I think I'm pretty handy, it looks like it's real straightforward. You know, just line the rails up, put the clamps on and then line up the cover and then secure the cover to the rails?

Peter: Yes, it's very straight forward.

Where Can I Find Component Parts for My Undercover Tonneau Cover?

Truck Owner: Where can I find the struts for a bed cover?

Peter: What was the part number?

Truck Owner: ST270EDI-45

Peter: I'm not familiar with that number. Who makes the cover?

Truck Owner: It's Undercover. And it's the high pressure series gas spring.

Peter: I'm not familiar with that.

Truck Owner: It's the shocks that hold up the cover

Peter: Oh I see, okay. So, unfortunately, we only sell complete units. We do not have the component parts. You will need to contact Undercover directly.
