F-150 Owner: I thought that maybe you could answer a couple questions. I was looking at the BAKFlip. I was looking at two of them. First the MX4, but my preference is a Revolver X4, to be honest with you. I kind of like that setup. I kind of wanted your opinion on it. It seems like you know what you're talking about when it comes to covers.

Peter: Yeah, so they're both great. They both have a matte black finish. Some guys choose the Revolver over the BAKFlip because when it's all the way open, they can still see out their back window, a little bit. Where as the folding cover is going to block it completely. So that's really kind of the deciding factor for most guys when they're deciding between those two, but they're both great covers. They're super popular, very well reviewed. You can't go wrong with either.

F-150 Owner: Is the Revolver X4 easy to install?

Peter: It is.

F-150 Owner: I tried watching a video. It looked pretty simple; a couple rails and a couple attachments and that was it.

Peter: That's right.

F-150 Owner: I've been getting your emails forever, so I figured I would finally call to take advantage of your awesome prices. However, I was looking at Amazon and they've obviously got the lowest price, so I kind of wanted to see if you could match that.

F-150 Owner: Okay let's do the Revolver X4. It would be on a 2015 Ford F150.

Peter: Okay.

F-150 Owner: And it's a SuperCrew.

Peter: That's the short bed?

F-150 Owner: And a short bed, yeah. What's delivery time on that?

Peter: It's about 5-7 days.

F-150 Owner: That's kind of the big thing. I've been delayed because I actually got stuck out of town for a few days because the weather. I wanted to have it on my truck by Friday. I thought I saw something where you guys had two-day delivery. Was I wrong on that?

Peter: We do, it's expedited, but it costs a little bit more. It's still really reasonable though. I could get it to you by Wednesday, or Thursday at the very latest for $24.99.

F-150 Owner: Are you serious? Okay. All right. Well I'll tell you what. If you could do it do you promise it'd be here no later than Thursday?

Peter: Yes.

F-150 Owner: Okay, and that's the Revolver X4 for my truck: the F150.

Peter: That's right.

F-150 Owner: Okay. What do you think installation time is on that, if I did it myself? I'm not super mechanically inclined, but I could figure it out.

Peter: Once you get everything out of the box we're talking probably 30 minutes or so.

F-150 Owner: Oh, okay. Well, let's do this. Can I do this with you on the phone or do I need to do it by email?

Peter: No, I can take care of it.
