How Do I Get a Replacement Part for my Undercover UltraFlex?
Tonneau Covered Customer: I received the tonneau cover and I installed it and I did have two or three questions about the installation, but also on the driver's side rail, the little tube that comes down out that you're supposed to connect the flexible hose for the drain, that's broken off. And I looked for it in all the packaging, I thought maybe I could just glue it, but I couldn't even find it.

There's a comparable cover and it's made by BAK and it's called the MX4, but it's basically the exact same cover, even the finish on top, but the Ultra Flex has a five-year warranty, and the MX4 has a three-year, so you're right where you want to be.
Silverado Owner: I saw that. Okay, those are the two I had pretty much narrowed it down to other than, I'll be honest, a folding cover. I kept looking at it. I just like the feature of being able to open right behind the bed, but yeah. I think I'm happier now.

Who Do I Contact for Help Installing My Undercover Ultra Flex Cover?
Tonneau Covered Customer: I ordered a Tonneau cover from you last Monday. I was just looking, opened the box, just got it yesterday. One issue is the clip that holds the bar up on one of the sides is broken.

Tonneau Covered Customer: Well, when I was trying to install the bars, what I'm noticing is that they're both leaning in towards the truck bed.

Is the Undercover UltraFlex Pricing Affected by Bed Length for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma with a 6'2" bed?

The email I received back gave me a price, but then below it says, “pricing on the Flex may vary from truck to truck long beds.” I was wondering what would be the price?
