Customer: I'm checking on an order I placed with you guys.

Sean: Okay. Looks like you have your cover.

Customer: Yeah, I got the tonneau cover that came in as promised through FedEx and all that but I'm waiting on my dash mat.

Sean: In some cases those take a little bit longer because they aren't coming from the same warehouse. I just reached out for tracking, and as soon as I have that I will shoot you an email and let you know what's going on.

Customer: Okay. Last I heard the dashmat had already shipped, but that was a couple of days ago

Sean: Right. Okay, well let me check on that status and see where we are on that.

Customer: Alright.
