No service after the sale

I got a great price with no sales tax so that’s a plus. Weather delayed my shipment and then after the weather was gone and the tonneau was at my local distribution center, they wouldn’t deliver it. I reached out to tonneaucovered twice by email requesting they check on it. I never received a response to either email. So when there were fitment problems I contacted the manufacturer from which they had it drop shipped and they were very responsive, taking care of the problem the same day. The price and the initial shipping speed was great, don’t expect any help after the sale.

This is my 4th BAK revolver tonneau cover. I love the security provided. Installation is fairly simple I found the U Tube video very helpful. Tonneau covered price is the best I found on this cover

Great Tonneau - Pricey

This is a roll-up hard tonneau that offers great security for items stored in your truck bed. The locking mechanism ensures no access by passerby’s unless unlatched by opening the tailgate and releasing the latches. The cover does a great job of denying water intrusion into the bed on the sides and bulkhead. Bak could improve the fitment around the tailgate to better deny water intrusion at the tailgate.

This cover is pricey at ~ $1400 which is easily 4x the cost of a soft cover but if the security of your items stored in your truck bed, it is worth it!
