Just put the damn product up and offer it to me at a given price. Requiring my email and phone number to send me a price you "guarantee" will beat everyone else is a bullshit excuse to harvest my email and cell #. I'm one step ahead - I can turn off the email and mobile numbers I've given you. Since I inquired 4 days ago all I've gotten is a steady stream of spam and no offer / price on a product.

I dont know where to begin. Tonneaucovered.com was great! The cover arrived with a blemish from shipping. The box was packed great but there was a big hole in the one corner. Obvisously from the shippers. Those guys tend to be rough with packages. I had a hard time with the front latches also. I called these guys and explained my situation and right away extang shipped out a new cover. It looks great! And it locks tight!! It really makes the truck look great! My dad and brother in law are going to order one for their trucks after seeing mine. The customer service on both ends was excellent. Do yourself a favor and get this cover. They stand by their product...
