Ultra Flex Cover Leaking/Very unhappy with product

The Ultra Flex cover I recently purchased looks good but not does not do well keeping the bed dry. It leaks badly in the corners and other areas. I contacted Shaun, the customer service manager, but did not receive adequate help. He advised me first to take the whole unit apart (Rails off) and caulk between the rails and bed, which should have been discussed in the install instructions, but wasn't. Instead, I had to uninstall and then reinstall the unit which took a long time. Additionally, the unit still leaks which is disappointing due to how much it cost. Also, Shaun at customer service was not much help adding to my frustration. I would not recommend this product if you are expecting your truck bed to remain dry or doing business with TonneauCovered.com for these reasons.
