Solid and Easy Install

First, the service from TonneauCovered was over the top. Communication was perfect and fast. Helped me decide on this unit. Pricing was below competition. The shipping was VERY fast with great tracking. So from the service standpoint, this rates 10 of 10. Then comes the actual RetraxOne unit. I chose it because I wanted a roll up, I wanted to not have fabric, and liked the ability to add racks in track. I was first impressed with the packaging.. The unit comes with VERY easy to understand directions. Took about 1 hour to install and that was because I took my time. Very easy install for one person. The only place a second person was needed was to lift into the truck (but that was just for convenience. Could easily do with one. The setup and adjustment took only minutes. So VERY happy with solid unit, slides, roll up etc. Now the real test came 3 days later. 60 mile an hour winds, 5+ inches in near monsoon rain dump near the coast. Funny, I was not worried about the storm, just wanted to see if the unit leaked. Opened it up after the storm. I had just a little water by the edge of tailgate. And by little, I mean less than a 3" by 1" area was damp. So now I am VERY happy. Excellent choice all the way around. Thank you TonneauCovered team and RetraxOne. Unit is now happily part of my 2024 Silverado 2500!
