2. Receive Your RMA. We make returning your product to us simple and easy with a Return Material Authorization and free shipping label.
3. Pack & Ship. Put the product and all included accessories back in its original packaging. If there are parts missing, write us a note.
4. Get Your Refund or Replacement. We will issue your refund or replacement item as soon as we receive your package.
Our 30 Day Free Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. As long as you make your return within 30 days of the original purchase, we will give you your return for free! Some restrictions do apply, but we will explain everything below.
Freight
If we were at fault on your freight order, we will happily invoke our free return policy. Otherwise, returns will require a 20% restocking fee.
No fee will be applied if you are exchanging or returning any product under the following conditions:
- We sent you the wrong product in response to your phone order.
- There is a manufacturer's defect present in your order.
- The manufacturer sent you the wrong product.
Make sure that you inspect all freight orders as soon as possible after delivery. If you find that the product is damaged or incorrect, you should immediately refuse the order. Give us a call at (844) 233-6204.
Items that are Ineligible for Return
The items that will not be eligible for return under any conditions include the following:
- Any product utilizing freight shipping, such as plows, running boards and products of similar scale. Please see the Freight section above for conditions and details. You may also call us at (844) 233-6204 with any questions you have.
- Customized products, including items that are custom painted, unless it was our mistake. We will cover all return costs for customized products under the following conditions:
- We sent you the wrong product in response to your phone order.
- There is a manufacturer's defect present in your order.
- The manufacturer sent you the wrong product.
- Products that have undergone wear and tear outside of delivery.
- Products that have been cut, modded or installed.
- Products that are otherwise outside of the manufacturer's warranty.
- Gift vouchers or cards of any kind.
- Any product that is specifically labeled "non-returnable."
Returns Past 30 Days
If you need to return any product after the initial 30 day period, give us a call at (844) 233-6204. We will need to get the approval of the manufacturer, and the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Why to Return Your Product
Defects
In the course of handling thousands of products each day, sometimes a package literally slips through the cracks. If you receive a defective product, let us know immediately. We will make sure you get what you paid for.
Damage
In some cases, accidents will occur during the shipping process. This does not happen often, but when it does, you may find damage in your packaging or on the item itself. Please call us immediately so that we can get the return or replacement process started.
Incorrect
If you receive a product that is simply not what you ordered, we want to help you as soon as possible. We will also return any item that we guaranteed would fit your truck and does not. This is usually an easy fix, but even if it isn't, we will make proper restitution.
Lost
We always pay for shipping regardless of processing time. If you look to your tracking information and see delivery but you have not received anything, please tell us. We will help you by getting in touch with the shipping agent ourselves. If we do not get in touch with the shipper directly, we will get you a new product ourselves.
Before declaring a product lost, first make sure that it has not been delivered to a neighbor or a roommate. If this due diligence turns up nothing, we will handle the details from there.
Hate It
If your product comes to your door and you simply don't like it, we can help here as well. We want you to be completely satisfied with your partnership with us. Give us a call as soon as possible.

Confirming Purchase Date
We will help you determine if there is still a warranty on your product. If so, we will help you get that information to the manufacturer.
Warranty Processing
We will let you know when we receive the manufacturer's permission for a manufacturer's return. All that you need to do is repackage and seal the item for us with sturdy tape. Please use the initial shipping package if you still have it.
